Your Pocket Employee sits in WhatsApp, where you already are. Tell it what the job was — hands dirty, still on site — and it writes the quote, prices it off your own rates, adds the VAT and shows it to you. Nothing reaches your client until you say so.
No card needed to start. R799.00 a month after the trial, and you can stop any month you like.

Waiting for you
Four steps, and three of them are its job.
You talk
A voice note or a typed message on WhatsApp, in English or Afrikaans. Say it the way you would say it to a person.
It drafts
It works out the client, the line items, your rates and the VAT, and writes a proper numbered document with your logo and bank details on it.
You check
The draft comes back with every amount in full. Wrong? Say “make the labour four days” and it redraws it and asks again.
It sends
One tap and the PDF goes to your client by WhatsApp or email — or to you only, if you would rather send it yourself.
An assistant you can hand the admin to.
A machine that talks to your clients has to be boringly trustworthy first and clever second. These four are built in, not settings you have to remember to switch on.
Nothing sends itself
Every document waits for your tap, with the client and the totals shown in full. There is no setting that turns that off, and no “auto-send” mode.
It never invents a number
Unknown client, missing rate, ambiguous date — it asks you a short question in the chat instead of guessing. It will not make up an address, a VAT number or a bank detail.
Sent is sent
A document your client already has is never quietly edited. Corrections go out as a new version or a credit note, so your paper trail stays honest.
Your numbering has no gaps
QUO-0041, QUO-0042, QUO-0043 — sequential per business, with no holes for your accountant or SARS to ask about later.
The whole paperwork job, in a chat.
Say it however you say it.
English, Afrikaans, or the mix most sites actually run on. It also answers questions about work you have already done.
One price. Everything switched on.

The questions people actually ask.
Can it send something to my client without me?
No. Every document is shown to you with the full amounts before anything moves, and it waits for you to tap send. That gate is not a setting and cannot be switched off.
What if it mishears me?
You see the draft before your client does — the client, every line, the VAT and the total. If a figure is wrong you say so in the same chat (“make the labour four days”) and it redraws the draft and asks again.
Does it work in Afrikaans?
Yes. Send the voice note in English or Afrikaans, or mix the two the way most sites do. The document that comes out is written properly either way.
Do I need to be registered for VAT?
No. You tell it once, during setup. If you are registered you get proper tax invoices with your VAT number; if you are not, no VAT line ever appears on anything you send.
What happens to documents I have already sent?
They stay exactly as they were sent. Corrections happen through a new version or a credit note, never by quietly editing something your client already has. Your numbering runs in sequence with no gaps.
What if I stop paying?
You keep your account, your history and your PDFs, and you can still export everything. What stops is sending new documents. We are not going to hold your invoice history hostage.
Your evenings back.
The quote goes out while you are still on site, and the invoice goes out the day the job is done — which is usually the difference between being paid this month and next.
